...and how did we get here?
The idea of Social ADM sparked when the Co-Founder of the company worked for a multi-national Software Company in Strategic Sales. Having worked at other multi-national software and service providers he noticed a clear weak link in the chain of Lead-to-Order. After having "Interviewed" other Executives and Sales Leaders from small and large organizations, he found out that the defect goes deeper and has spread wider.
The First Challenge - Account Intelligence Collaboration
For most businesses the Account Intelligence relies on the sales team's activity and ability to follow the right content from the right media. Yet the most powerful Account Intelligence derives from the network of your sales team members. Being able to view, edit and share contact data with team members or partners in an easy manner is difficult in many organizations today. So, we needed to find a solution that enables easy set up for simple collaboration functionalities.
The Second Challenge - Harnessing the Power of Social Networks
The sales team members, consultants, pre- & post-sales professionals and partners have each their own, personal and unique social network that can carry value to a Relationship Management and Sales Management. We needed to find a solution that imports the contact data from social networks.
The Third Challenge - Actionable CRM for Competitive Advantage
Having data, even if contact data is not enough. Knowing what to do with the data and having the tools to action upon the data will most likely bring you competitive advantage. We found out that having a solution that let's you buy contact data, buy meetings and send direct requests to Decision Makers and Influencers of an opportunity was needed in the market.
Solution - Social ADM
We couldn't find a solution that had all the above requirements and that was scalable for both small and large companies, easy to set up, simple to use and powerful for collaboration and execution. So we decided to do one our selves.
In order to create a solution like Social ADM we needed to have a clear, slightly crazy and innovative vision and superior developer to do the actual code-work. We didn't have to go too far in our search and actually found out that one of our sports team member, the Co-Founder-to-be and Codemaster of Social ADM was available and had the required skills, passion and dedication we needed. So we asked him to join the team and be the one responsible for the technical enablement. So begun the story of Social ADM...
